HireFlow is an affordable recruitment workspace for Cambodian small and medium-sized businesses, starting in Phnom Penh. It combines a job marketplace, an applicant tracking system and transparent AI assistance.

• Every AI screening result shows its evidence and can be reviewed and overridden.
• Employers are reviewed before they can publish jobs. Anonymous job posting is not allowed.
• CVs are stored privately and shared only with employers you apply to.
• Basic job posting is free during our pilot.
