To operate the job marketplace, deliver applications to the employers you choose, run screening tools that employers request, prevent fraud and unsafe listings, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

3. Who can see your information

Employers see your profile only for jobs you apply to. Contact details and CV files are shared only if your privacy settings allow it. Administrators access personal data only for a legitimate purpose such as safety review or a support request, and administrative actions are logged.
